Our adventure begins in the city of two emperors – Aleksandrów Kujawski. The starting point is John Paul II Park near the train station. We then head east along a bike path, which leads slightly downhill for a while.
After passing under the highway, we approach Ciechocinek, where many attractions await us, such as the Graduation Towers, the mushroom-shaped fountain, and the charming Spa Park. The road then follows the Vistula's well-paved embankments. We reach the main road leading to Nieszawa, and the bike path takes us to the town and then to the river ferry. This is the lowest point on the route, so from the ferry bridgehead it will be uphill. Further, lightly trafficked asphalt roads will lead us to Raciążek, where you can visit the ruins of a 9th-century bishop's castle. From there, we'll ride along a paved forest road, briefly crossed by the new and old national roads.
Eventually we will reach the road where we started our journey.
