Here you will get to know traditional regional dishes in completely new ways and taste our regional specialities such as ruchańce with fijut. Here you will eat dishes representing the culinary tastes of the national minorities who lived in the area, above all Jewish specialities.
In addition to its gastronomic activities, the restaurant has an additional educational mission, linked to the promotion of healthy eating and the popularisation of native producers - cheesemakers, brewers, bakers and beekeepers. Our dishes are made from products produced in the region, which not only provides them with a unique taste, but is also a guarantee of freshness. In our restaurant you can enjoy the delicacies of the region with the whole family.
The Wajcha Restaurant is located in the premises of the "Wahadło” Cultural and Historical Centre in Brześć. It is situated in a historical location for local residents, on the site of the former railway pendulum. The name of the restaurant, its menu and décor are linked to the narrow-gauge railway.
