Wzgórze Wilhelma

Places
Wilhelm Hill is the second highest natural hill in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship (171.06 m above sea level). The area used to be surrounded by an old oak forest obscuring the horizon. The place changed drastically in 2017, when a storm passed over Bory Tucholskie, causing unprecedented damage. Thousands of hectares of forest ceased to exist overnight. Today, from Wilhelm Hill there is an extensive view of the Bory Tucholskie, Krajna and Pomerania. Three marked trails lead to the vantage point: Kasztelański [Castellan’s], Leon Wyczółkowski and Ptasi Szlak Czerwony [Red Bird Trail].
