Road Bike Route

This route runs along the major tourist attractions of the Żnin County. We begin our journey at the market square in Janowiec Wielkopolski, at 22 Stycznia Street. Then we turn left onto 3 Maja Street, and then right towards Rogów. We leave Janowiec Wielkopolski and head towards Kołdrąbie, where we pass the Church of St. John the Baptist on the left. We then reach Rogów. St. Dorothy's Church appears on the right, followed shortly by the market square. At the intersection in the center of Rogów, we turn left onto a short section of cobblestone road. At the end of the cobblestone road, we turn right onto Bydgoska Street. At the end of this road, we turn left, pass a gas station, and at the roundabout, turn right, crossing the S5 expressway. Through Grochowiska Szlacheckie and Marcinkowo Górne, where we visit the Leszek Biały monument, we cross the narrow-gauge railway tracks and reach Gąsawa. A cobblestone road leads us to the market square, past St. Nicholas Church, and at the first intersection, turn left towards Biskupin and Wenecja. This is where we find the Archaeological Museum in Biskupin, the Interactive Fisheries Museum in Biskupin, the Narrow-Gauge Railway Museum in Wenecja, and the ruins of the 14th-century defensive castle of Mikołaj Nałęcz, known as the Devil of Venice. We continue straight ahead, passing all these attractions. After a rather steep incline, we reach a road intersection where we turn left towards Żnin. In Żnin, at the Leon Lichociński roundabout, turn left onto the cobblestoned 700-lecia Street. At its end, crossing the Gąsawka River, we turn left, then right, and reach the Żnin market square. There, we find the Pałuki Land Museum with its 15th-century town hall tower. We continue straight along Sienkiewicza Street, turning right at the end, and then left towards Janowiec Wielkopolski. We cross the S5 expressway. We leave Żnin and, through Cerekwica and Żerniki, reach Janowiec Wielkopolski. At the intersection, before the traffic lights, we turn right onto Szkolna Street, only to find ourselves back at the Janowiec Wielkopolski market square.
