The walls of the building in Ciafrotowo are decorated with works by Marcin Gręźlikowski, known as Andrzej Poprostu. The artist was invited to participate in the "Banda Kota Ciafrota" project as part of Bardzo Młoda Kultura (Very Young Culture). And where did Ciafrotowo and Banda Kota Ciafrota come from?
"Ciafrotowo" comes from the Kociewie word "ciafrotać," which means to talk a lot. It is a place created for joint creation, conversation, and inspiration. Andrzej Poprostu, inspired by characters created by local children, transferred them onto the walls of the building. Each character from Banda Kota Ciafrota has a story to tell.
