The path of silence

Places
Feel the power of nature, listen to the sounds of nature and immerse yourself in the forest space. The first Silent Path in Poland was created in the Wdecki Landscape Park. Its route leads along forest paths, away from human settlements and communication routes, in the Tuchola Forest Biosphere Reserve. It leads from Stara River to Lake Piaseczno. The route in both directions is 11 km. The shorter route (6.9 km) is a loop connecting the Wda Valley and Lake Piaseczno. Take a walk and see how beneficial silence is to our body. The intensity of nature sounds here is only 35-38 decibels. You may be asking why not 0? Because "quiet you could hear a pin drop" does not occur in natural conditions. So listen to the rustle of the forests, wrap yourself in the warm wind and listen to the birds singing.
