In Fojutowo you will see one of the most interesting hydrotechnical monuments in Poland. The aqueduct, modeled on ancient Roman structures, is a crossroads of waterways – the Czerska Struga River flowing at the bottom and the Great Brda Canal located above it. The difference in the levels of the bottom of both streams is 11 m. Built in 1845-49 by Prussian engineers, the facility was an important element of the irrigation system that used to operate here.
