DESCRIPTION:
My name is Jakub. I am a local cheesemaker in the Pałuki region. My family runs a farm. We mainly raise cows, whose milk is used to make cheese. This is my passion. I participate in numerous trainings, workshops and lectures in order to be a conscious producer of delicious products of the highest quality. I sell our products locally at markets, events, fairs and stationary at home after prior contact. In relation to my achievements, I have won the main prize from the Mayor of Żnin in the competition for the Best Pałuki Product. I am also a member of the Farmers' and Homestead Cheesemakers' Association.
