The menu is dominated by tradition, but in a new interpretation. This is why the menu features - in addition to excellent freshwater fish - game and dishes that many of us remember from our childhood, but rarely make ourselves at home, such as blueberry and cream dumplings, potato pancakes or goose stomachs.
