DESCRIPTION:
The history of our apiary goes back to before the Second World War. Initially, my great-grandfather Janusz Niechwiadowicz kept bees in logs - barrows.
Then, after a turbulent time, Janusz and his son Eligiusz had to set up the apiary anew. After Janusz's death, Eligiusz ran the apiary until the Second World War. Due to the situation in the state, Eligiusz relinquished the entire farm and fled with his family to the Bory Tucholskie taking only the apiary with him. Grandfather Eligiusz's love and respect for bees and nature was passed on to his children, and these to his own children. Now we are passing it on to the next, already the fifth generation. Despite more than 100 years of tradition, knowledge and experience, we are constantly developing.
We obtain honey according to the highest standards and hygienic restrictions. We also apply these principles in the apiary. We run the apiary in traditional and ecological wooden hives (not the cheaper styrofoam equivalents).
We are under constant supervision of the District Veterinary Officer, the apiary is entered in the register of supervised entities under number 04165652.
