Philadelphia Boulevard in the center of Toruń is easily accessible from both land and water. Created in the 1970s as a recreational area, it owes its name to Philadelphia, the city of Toruń's first twin city. The boulevard reinforces the Vistula River and is a popular place for strolling. Along the route, you can see, among other things, an observation deck with "bridge padlocks," a 19th-century limnigraph, a mural from the film "Rejs," and an anchor monument.
