The ground floor of the Toruń Marina building houses, among other amenities, social and sanitary facilities for tourists, including a kitchen and showers for use by sailors and rowers navigating the Vistula River. The grounds also include a municipal beach, a volleyball court, table tennis tables, and parking. There's also a designated bonfire area.
